Welcome to ‘Round Back, The Guild’s annual summer series! For our fourth year, we’re excited to invite you into a dreamy carnival setting under the evening summer sun… featuring a smorgasbord of local Yukon artists, and a different show almost every night!
Gwaandak Theatre presents the 13th annual Indigenous Summer Play Readings! This outdoor reading features 2 scripts never before seen or heard in the Yukon Territory-- Frozen River/Nikwatin Sipiy and Feast-- so pull up a chair and enjoy as our actors guide you through these stories! Visit https://www.gwaandaktheatre.ca/ispr-2023 to learn more.
'Round Back at the Guild Hall is an outdoor venue with covered and uncovered audience seating; please dress appropriately for the weather! Depending on the day, we encourage dressing in layers to adjust as the clouds come and go, bringing a blanket, wearing a hat and/or sunscreen, and/or bringing an umbrella. Umbrellas are available at the venue if the rain comes on suddenly- but please be mindful of the people behind you!
Cash bar. No smoking in the venue. Pet-friendly. Gender-inclusive bathrooms inside the Guild Hall; building accessible by ramp. For more information, please visit guildhall.ca
Sponsors: Gov't of Yukon, City of Whitehorse, Lotteries Yukon, Whitehorse Motors, Kilrich Building Centres.
