The NWT's Leela Gilday has a voice that comes straight from the heart. Confessing her stories to her audiences with a gutsy voice and open stage presence, Gilday weaves her experiences as a northerner, a member of the Dene nation, and a traveler into a beautiful world that transports the listener. http://leelagilday.com/ FB: Leela Gilday Twitter: @leelagilday

Elisapie's third album THE BALLAD OF THE RUNAWAY GIRL has been met with critical praise for its poetic trilingual lyrics, and beautifully shot music video of her hometown in Salluit, Quebec. The Inuk singer, filmmaker, and activist won the Ambassador Prize at the 2011 Teweikan Awards for her work throughout Canada, and the Eval-Manigat prize from the SPACQ Foundation, in the Multicultural Song category. https://www.elisapie.com/ FB: Elisapie Twitter: @elisapie

Yukon's own Diyet was born in a tent and spent her childhood “in the bush” or rather was brought up on the ancestral lands of her people. Coming from a family rooted in traditions but tempered with a good sense of adventurous hippie attitudes, Diyet has created a musical presence that is as diverse as her Southern Tutchone, Tlingit, Japanese and Scottish heritage. http://www.diyetmusic.com/ FB: Diyet & The Love Soldiers Twitter: @diyetmusic
