Join the Northern Light School of Dance annual Christmas performance of The Nutcracker. Performed by a local cast, the story follows Clara and the Nutcrackers adventures on Christmas Eve. After defeating the evil Rat King in battle, they travel to the Land of Sweets.

On Christmas Eve, Clara and her brother, Fritz await the arrival of friends and family for a Christmas party. Drosselmeyer, Clara’s Godfather, presents Clara with a special gift; a finely carved wooden nutcracker in the shape of a soldier. That night, Clara dreams her nutcracker comes to life as a Prince, who invites her to join him on a magical journey. Together, they travel to the fantastical Kingdom of Sweets, where the Sugar Plum Fairy and her array of candies dance for Clara and the Prince. This magical tale is danced to the famous Nutcracker Suite by Russian romantic composer Tchaikovsky.
