An Evening with Mary Walsh

The Yukon Arts Centre is so excited to announce Mary Walsh on the Yukon Arts Centre Mainstage. As a Newfoundland and Canadian icon, Mary has gained national fame with her hilarious work on This Hour Has 22 Minutes, The Royal Canadian Air Farce, and more recently as the creator of the Canada It’s Complicated comedy tour that stopped at the Old Fire Hall last fall. Opening the show is no other than local comedy legend Jenny Hamilton fresh off the first ever Yukon Comedy Festival in March.

This evening is a celebration of all things Mary Walsh. With a throwback to some of Mary’s most iconic characters, to showcasing the highlights of her career, and commentary on the modern… errr…. state of America. Whether you’re a born & raised Yukoner, a proud East Coaster, a Prairie province expat, or dare we say a GTA survivor, this show is sure to have you laughing alongside the eclectically Canadian audience.
