This is our main event of the Yukon Comedy Festival. We have searched the continent to find some of the biggest names in comedy.

Featuring names like Dave Merheje, Dino Archie, and our soon to be announced headliner. Dave Merheje is considered to be one of the most original standup acts on the comedy scene today. Taping into his middle-eastern roots and an arithmetic interpretation of urbanized life, has made appearances on Comedy Network’s Match Game, Superchannel’s Too Much Information, and was a regular contributor on MTV Live. Currently, Dave can be seen as the newest cast member on CBC’s Mr. D. As a stand up, Dave won the Just For Laughs 2011 Homegrown Comic Competition and NOW Magazines 2011 Best of Toronto Award for Best Male Stand-up. In 2012 he was a part of the NBC Standup for Diversity tour, and a Canadian Comedy Award-nominee for Best Stand-up. In 2013 he was nominated for another Canadian Comedy Award, this time for best taped live performance, and was a finalist at the Seattle Comedy Competition. Dave has made multiple appearances at the Just For Laughs Festival in Montreal, Winnipeg Comedy Festival, JFL42 in Toronto, the Halifax Comedy Festival, the Melbourne International Comedy Festival, and tours clubs and theatres regularly. Dave recently shot a new comedy special which will be released in 2018.

Dino Archie, a Fresno native, who recently appeared on the Adam Devine House Party on Comedy Central, is scheduled for Jimmy Kimmel Live! on in 2016. Archie is also the first place winner of the 2015 Seattle International Comedy Competition, and recently released his second comedy album, Settling Old Scores. We talked to the comedian about auditioning in L.A., honing his live act in Vancouver, and arm-wrestling local comedian Graham Clark.

Kyle Kinane is an internationally touring stand-up comedian, actor and voice actor from Addison, Illinois. His credits include regular contribution to Comedy Central, who released his first hour special Whisky Icarus in 2012 and Loose in Chicago in 2016. He has appeared on Drunk History, Last Call with Carson Daly, Conan O’Brian and The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon. He is featured as a recurring character on Netflix’s Love. Kyle is also playing a series regular on Those Who Can’t on TruTV. He has appeared on Funny people, Adventure Time, The House and Bobs Burgers.
